The quiet setting of this cottage in Barrio de la Moreria, on the foot of the Castle of Constantina, ensures a break like few of you've had. In fact, you'll have the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and disconnect. At the same time, you are just 7 km away from some of Sierra Morena's most famous towns and villages and iconic spots perfect for day trips and take a refreshing swim in the Rivera del Hueznar. The house is wrapped in a rustic atmosphere, provided by coquettish furniture, ceilings with wooden beams and stone and brick details in every corner of the home. The living area with fireplace and high ceilings has 2 comfortable sofa beds and armchairs and Smart TV, a fully equipped integrated kitchen ( refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc., etc.) , and a bathroom with shower tray. It also has Wi-Fi and a remote work area. A staircase leads to the sloping-roof loft, where a bedroom is located with a double bed. There is another suite bedroom on the ground floor with 2 beds, wardrobe and bathroom with large shower tray. It also has a fourth utility room with a washing machine. On the outside of the house, you will be welcomed by a spacious and cozy terrace with dining room and characterized by picturesque views of Constantine and its saw. Still, the icing on the cake is the pool located on the terrace. From here you can enjoy even better views. Two lounge chairs offer the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing after a dip in the cool waters of the pool with shallow depth to bathe with your kids. Guest access The house is offered complete so guests can enjoy the home and pool in complete privacy. Capacity for 4 adults in 2 beds of 90 cm and 1 of 135 cm plus 2 armchairs beds of 85 cm. Other things to note Being a comprehensive rehabilitation of an old house, but retaining its authentic flavor, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY. The house is prepared for four people. If necessary, although not ideal, it could accommodate two additional children (Max 12 years) who would sleep in two armchairs in the living room.
