The space The open-plan lounge features a plush sofa and Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Super-fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected whether you're working remotely or catching up on your favourite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar – ideal for casual meals or enjoying a coffee while you plan your day. The house has a light, welcoming feel throughout. Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a super king-size bed that can be split into two singles to suit your group. It also has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a cosy single bed, perfect for a child, solo guest, or team member. The separate family bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower, toilet and basin. The property comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request. Guests benefit from a private parking space located directly behind the house, and self check-in is provided via a secure keybox. For added peace of mind, the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. You’ll also find a washer/dryer and ironing facilities for longer stays. Grove Rest is in a great spot to explore Norwich. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, Norwich Market, and Chapelfield Gardens. You’re close to local shops and supermarkets like Sainsbury’s on Queens Road. Enjoy a pint at The Trafford Arms or coffee at Kofra, and take the kids to Eaton Park or The Plantation Garden for a relaxing afternoon. The property also offers easy access to the A47, public transport, and Norwich train station. Guest access University of East Anglia (UEA) – Just a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk, perfect for visiting students, faculty, or attending events. Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital – A 7-minute drive, making this home a great choice for visiting medical professionals or family members. Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery. Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
