The views from this house are breathtaking, the sound of the ocean as it ebbs and flows is so relaxing making for the the perfect getaway. This home is suited for 6 adults or a family of up to 6. Scarborough is known as an Eco Village and it boasts one of the best beaches in the Western Cape. Leave the hustle and bustle behind for some well deserved peace and tranquillity. The village has 3 restaurants and a small deli and shop for basics but only 10km from shopping malls. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, main en-suite has a bath as well as a shower. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Two outdoor patio areas, spacious deck overlooking stunning views of the ocean, beach and reserve. Well equipped kitchen, fast speed fibre internet, comfortable modern lounge with 2 smart TV’s , separate laundry, half garage space leading straight into the house and a lovely garden area. The house has an alarm with outside beams plus response vehicle. Guest access Full access to the whole home and property including one half of the garage Other things to note Scarborough can get windy and is an ideal spot for Kite Surfers at certain times of the year. You need transport to get around as it is not close to shops and main attractions. The road access to the house is steep and narrow and the driveway is steep, so a small car will struggle to get up there as well as out the driveway, so if you are hiring a car please bear this in mind. There is a small troop of baboons that are around, please do NOT FEED THEM or encourage them, they are wild animals and as such unpredictable. If you see them around please close all accessible doors and windows. They don’t seem to be around the house but rather be vigilant.
