The space Getting Here: Please Read! Like many properties in this region, our cabin is accessible via a gravel road that is somewhat steep, bumpy, winding, and narrow in areas. Lowered vehicles may bottom out. The lane is not suitable for road bikes. During the winter months, 4WD or AWD may be required. Snow removal is handled by the township, and the property is professionally plowed. Cell Service: AT&T and T-Mobile reception ranges from good to fair. Verizon coverage is just okay—texts should work fine, but phone calls may cut out at times. Cabin Details: The Getaway cabin is our most secluded rental option, perfect for a peaceful retreat. It features one enclosed bedroom with a full-size bed and one loft bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin-size bed. The cabin offers modern amenities, including: • A wood-burning fireplace • Large kitchen with updated décor • Vaulted ceilings • Flat-screen HDTV with Satellite • Central heat & air conditioning • Gas grill and outdoor fire ring New Addition: We’ve just added a large and luxurious Sundance Chelsee hot tub! This spacious, 6-person hot tub is designed for ultimate relaxation, with powerful jets for deep hydrotherapy. Set under a covered deck, it provides beautiful woodland views, ensuring a tranquil experience rain or shine. Internet & Wifi: We do not advertise Wifi at the cabin, but we provide a cell phone with an enabled hotspot for light internet use. Well Water: Due to the property’s remote location, we are on well water. While we drink it ourselves, it may not be to everyone’s taste. The refrigerator also has a water filtration system, but you may want to bring bottled water. Nearby Attractions: Many of the most popular trails, including Old Man’s Cave, are within a 20-minute drive. This cabin also has short trails just steps off the back porch. $100 pet fee dogs only (maximum of 2) County Registration Number: 00011 Guest access The entire cabin, no sharing with your host here! Other things to note Pests / Pollen / Leaves – We get each cabin treated for pests on a regular basis. When visiting our property, please remember you are deep in the middle of the woods, sometimes bugs happen. Spray yourself with bug spray when you go outside when in season and know that we cannot prevent all insects from getting back into the cabin. Decks do get sprayed and swept off, but sometimes within hours of cleaning more pollen in the spring and/or leaves in the fall can get onto the cabin. County Registration Number 00011
