The fully stocked kitchen features a K-Duo Keurig Special Edition to make a pot of coffee or a single cup with pods included! The living room features an espresso coffee bar with a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso machine. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the home for guest use. Included in the home are games, puzzles, books, lawn games, poker chips & cards provided for your enjoyment. This home is located in the highly desirable Desert Princess Country Club. The community features 24 hr guarded security gate with roving patrol, tennis courts, gym, spa, championship golf course, restaurant, driving range, pro shop and much more! Legal statement required by Cathedral City: Local regulations strictly enforce mandated quiet hours daily between 10pm-8am. There is a 24-hour anonymous hotline to report rowdy and loud guests. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Guests found in violation can be immediately evicted from the property without warning and no refunds. Any fines incurred by the guest will be considered immediately due and payable. Maximum occupancy is four persons and two vehicles. Occupants show respect the neighbors, privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Taxes required include 12% for Cathedral city +1% for greater Palm Springs tourism business improvement district. Guest access Desert Princess Country Club offers (3) 9 hole golf courses, tennis courts, bocce ball, spa, pools, restaurant/bar, and pro shop. (Additional fees may apply). Other things to note Cathedral City charges a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax fee for stays less than 30 days. For the health and safety of our guests and team, illicit/ recreational drug use and smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc... is strictly prohibited at all times on the property, including outdoors. Any fines incurred by the guest are considered immediately due and payable and shall be submitted to Airbnb. All occupants, regardless of length of stay agree to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Guests are allowed 2 vehicles only. Pets are allowed at the discretion of host. If approved, guest agrees to adhere to local, state and HOA rules and regulations related to pets.
