The space 🛌 BEDROOM This condo suite has a hotel-type interior with 2 Double Size beds with sheets, 4 Pillows, 2 Blankets (Fits 4 Pax). 📺 LIVING AREA Guests may use our Luxury Stellar Massage Chair to have a massage, Playstation (PS4) for Gaming, Netflix and Wifi, Bar Counter Dining with Bar Chairs and Variety of Books 🍳KITCHEN The kitchen is furnished with the following amenities for light cooking: - Refrigerator (with Freezer and Chiller) - Unlimited Drinking Water (Water dispenser for Hot, Cold, Warm Water) - Microwave, electric stove, cooking pan, plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutleries and utensils. 🧼BATHROOM Our Bathroom has Full Interior with Water Heater, Glass shower enclosure, Bidet, mirrors and Cabinets. For toiletries, only tissues will be provided. ____________________ ‼️ BRING Your Own TOWELS. Towels are NOT Provided. To reduce environmental waste (Save Mother Earth campaign) and prioritize guest hygiene, towels are no longer provided in our units. We kindly ask that you bring your own towels for your stay. If you forget, they are readily available for purchase at the nearby mall or convenience stores. Thank you for your cooperation! Guest access PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ BEFORE BOOKING: 🏢 LOBBY Guests may stay and wait at the lobby while waiting for the check-in time, or while waiting for their transportation upon check-out. *Note: - The lobby area has no holding area for luggage, please coordinate with us at AIRBNB with regards to luggage before booking - Eating of food and drinks is prohibited at the lobby. - No wifi in inside the lobby - Employees such as guards and receptionists are not employed by us hosts, for issues with the room or check-in please communicate with us at AIRBNB 🌊 POOL AREA If swimming, Pool tickets or access rates are as follows: 150/per head on Regular days including weekends. 300/per head on Holidays Good for the day purchased or used, not valid the next day, Multiple entry, please keep the pool stub or pool band. Pool Area is located at Tower 1 & 2 Lobby, 2nd floor. Pool Tickets may be purchased at the payment center at the admin office, open from 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) / 9am-1pm (Sat) / Closed on Sundays & HOLIDAYS S RESIDENCES Pool Times: Tower 1: 9am-10pm Open Daily but CLOSED on Mondays Tower 2: 9am-10pm Open Daily but CLOSED on Tuesdays *Subject to change without prior notice by building admins. Guests with pool access may use Tower 1 or 2 Pool Area. Tower 3 NOT yet Operational. _________________________________ 🚗PARKING Here are your options for parking at S Residences. **OPTION 1: Private Car Slot within the premises at FIXED Rate of ₱350 per night. Please provide Car details ahead of time. (Only 3 slots Available). Good for multiple entries No payment = No reservation, for Private Slot. **Kindly message us first for the availability of the parking slots before booking. _________________________________ OPTION 2: Public Open Parking lot in front of EastWest Bank. ₱40 for the 1st 5 Hours, ₱10 every succeeding hour, ₱140 overnight parking charge on top of hourly rate. 10 mins walk from S Residences *Rates may be subject to changes without Other things to note Check-in: 3:00PM onwards Checkout: On or before 12:00PM - Check in is strictly at 3pm onwards while check out is strictly on or before 12nn. - Please send 1 government issued ID for each adult guest in the unit ahead of your check-in date (2-3 days), with full name and picture visible to be followed by guest list with full name. It is to be used a requirement for your Digital Guess Access Form for the self check-in. Please take note that once your forms were processed, changes/ alteration in the guest form is not allowed as per building admins policy. - This is a NON-smoking room and building and all common areas. Fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. It will incur penalty of ₱5,000 shouldered by the guest. - Strictly NO pets policy, big or small. - This is a Keyless entry condo suite. It is equipped with Digital Door Lock. Smart Code will be provided. The code will be changed after checkout. - Transact only with our assigned staff for all your needs. Guards, building admins, receptionists & bellboys are not affiliated with STELLAR SUITES. - Restaurants, convenient stores, and other specialty stores are located at the Ground floor of the building. Beside the building is W MALL. If you wish to have your food delivered, you can download FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD app and pin the delivery address at S Residences Tower 3 Lobby - Only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit or access the shared areas (Swimming pool) of S Residences. Visitors may be entertained at the lobby only. - Bring towels and changing clothes after swimming. Bathroom/ Toilet is located at the amenity area. - For sanitary purposes and please take off your shoes upon entering the unit. - Rest assured that every guests will be served with clean beddings, pillow case and bathroom mats. - Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. Cleaning is done after check out. - If you wish to dispose your extra trashes/clutters, Garbage room is located near the elevators. -No Heavy Cooking is allowed. For simple cooking, Please use the range hood. Any smoke coming from the unit will trigger the alarm. LISTING DISCLAIMER: We would like to inform our guests of the following, by booking you are acknowledging the following: - Rebooking requests will only be granted if requested at least 3 DAYS ahead of the check-in date. For bookings made that have less than 3 DAYS of lead time before check-in date, rebooking should be requested at least 24 hours from the check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any requests for any rebooking without prior notice. ONE TIME REBOOKING ONLY. - Our Cancellation policy is Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. - Strictly 4 Guests Max (Children, Visitors and Service Providers (HMUA) are included in headcount)
