On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house.
