Private 2,700sqft luxury home on 4 acres. This space caters to guests looking to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Take a dip in the giant lap swimming pool while you enjoy astounding views of the Santa Rita Mountains or relax in the hot tub while you enjoy the crystal clear night sky. For wine and nature enthusiasts, the home is located just 30 minutes from numerous wineries and state parks. We look forward to hosting you! The space Open concept home with 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. The main living area includes an 85-inch television with access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). The master bedroom includes a comfortable king size Tempur-Pedic style mattress along with a 65-inch television and walk-in waterfall shower with double sink vanities. Both guest bedrooms have plush queen size Tempur-Pedic style mattresses. The Den features a designated work area with access to a printer and docking station that fits most HP style laptops. Also included in the Den area are numerous books for guests to enjoy during their stay. The backyard includes a covered patio, gas grill, solo stove firepit, and a 65-inch television that looks out over the 40’x20’ pool and hot tub. The workout area includes numerous pieces of exercise equipment such as a squat rack, heavy bag, battle ropes, Assault Bike, box jump, foam rollers, dumbbells, and exercise mats. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and 4-acre property. Make note that guests have access to both the pool and hot tub, but the pool is not heated. During the winter months, guests can certainly utilize the pool if they are brave enough to endure the cold, but we encourage guests to stick to the heated hot tub during the winter months. Other things to note No parties or big events. This home is located in a serene community that cherishes the peaceful nature of the neighborhood. Loud parties will not be tolerated. House trained pets are allowed, but please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disrupt the peacefulness of the neighborhood. There is an extra fee of $100 for pets. This fee is utilized to cover the necessary additional cleaning measures that our cleaning crew will have to take to get the house ready for our next guests. The house does have a wood-burning fireplace. Guests are provided with one complimentary bundle of firewood during their stay. If more firewood is needed, numerous local grocery stores carry additional bundles to purchase. For guests staying for extended periods, we do have a pool service technician that comes once a week on Thursday afternoons ~ 1PM as well as a Pest Spray technician that visits and sprays around the property every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
