Only a small storage located at the back of the villa has been kept private for our personal stuff. Technical room access restricted. Other things to note As the villa is open to the outside, Only the 3 bedrooms are equipped with Air Conditioning. - Avoid shoes or other footwear inside the house - DO NOT smoke inside the house - Pets are not permitted at this property - This is a very quiet and established neighborhood... NO PARTIES ALLOWED... Please note that the "Quiet Time" is observed between 10h00pm and 8am. - The pool is not gated with max deep 1.3M - Pool maintenance and cleaning twice a week (included in the price) - The villa comes with maid service once a week (included in the price)
