Two bed + loft, year-round cabin, located within 2 hours of the twin cities. This sweet get-a-way is a perfect place to escape for a bright, modern, yet north-woods feel which provides a place of order and balance to unwind & rest. Out doors there are 10+ acres to explore, swimming beach, dock, fire pit, canoe, and large floating pad for water play, paddle boards. Deck, patio furniture & gas grill provided. Indoors enjoy games, 2 smart TVs, books & a gas fireplace. The space You will have the cabin to yourself throughout your stay! 2 private bedrooms on the main floor, and a full bathroom. The living room is spacious and the eat-in kitchen has all the cooking basics and necessities. The loft is open with great views of the lake! This is used as the third bedroom, but also used a game room and lounge space. Guest access The guests may freely access the cottage, private fire pit area, the use of the canoe, and private dock that is in front of the cabin. For the more adventurous, there is access the 10 acres of woods that are behind the house and we enjoy them quite a bit, when hunting is not active. A trail has been marked to prevent getting lost. Due to a lot of weather challenges this year, it appears we may be working on clearing out some of the debris of fallen trees. Please keep that in mind if you head out to explore. Other things to note The neighboring lot to the North has a larger swimming area and dock is part of the cottage and free to be used. That is where the canoe and life jackets are stored. This is a private lake and there are no boats that can be put onto the water. If you have a canoe or kayak, any form of carry-on device that is cleared of weeds, please feel free to bring them.
