We offer you two adjoining villas in Moshava Migdal, allowing you to enjoy a shared holiday under one roof while maintaining complete privacy and personal space for each family. The combined complex includes a total of 9 bedrooms, 2 private swimming pools, 2 spa hot tub areas, and stunning views of the Arbel Cliff. For your complete peace of mind, both villas feature standard, accessible secure rooms ('mamad'). The space The Space: Staying on a complex of two adjoining villas gives you maximum flexibility and plenty of space for everyone: Accommodation details (9 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms): In Villa La Vida: You will find 5 stylishly designed bedrooms. Each suite has a private, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a TV screen. At Villa Arbel: You will find 4 comfortable bedrooms (one of which is a safe room), 2 full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet. Solutions for children: In both villas, high-quality mattresses or a baby cot can be added by prior arrangement. Some of the rooms feature private balconies overlooking the stunning views of the Arbel Mountains or the well-maintained courtyard. Common areas (2 living rooms and 2 kitchens): Two spacious lounges with high-quality seating and large screens for the whole group to enjoy together. Two fully equipped kitchens from A to Z (fridges, ovens, coffee machines, and a dishwasher). Large dining areas that allow everyone to dine together comfortably. Outdoor complexes (2 adjoining courtyards): 2 private pools: built-in, heated and covered in winter. The pool at Villa Arbel is fenced and locked for maximum child safety. 2 spa complexes: A luxurious multi-jet hot tub in each of the villas. A ping-pong table, a play area for the little ones, professional BBQ stations, and plenty of seating areas overlooking Arbel's stunning view. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive and full access to the entire complex – Villa Le Vida and Villa La Ravelle, both courtyards, and all the facilities. The entire complex is fenced off, guaranteeing you complete privacy. Plenty of private parking available within the complex. Other things to note Location: A few minutes' drive from the shores of the Sea of Galilee, from Tiberias, and from popular hiking trails (Amud River, Arbel). For the religious public: There is a Shabbat hot plate, a hot-water urn, and a synagogue within short walking distance. On Saturdays, check-out is by 3:00 p.m., and after that, there is an additional charge of NIS 500 per villa. House Rules: The villa is intended for high-quality family vacations. Do not operate external amplification systems. * The booking price includes 18% VAT. Tourists who present a passport and a B2 tourist visa will be refunded the VAT at check-in. * The booking price includes accommodation for 18 people only; thereafter, there is an additional charge of 150 NIS per each additional person.
