This cottage has a private beach, dock, 2 balconies for relaxing, and a fire pit area. 30 miles from Pictured Rocks in Munising, MI 15 miles from Kitch-iti-kipi Big Springs ATV/ORV Trails are right off of the driveway. Room for trailer turn-around/parking in the driveway year round! The space Gooseneck Getaway is unique for many reasons. As soon as you arrive, you will drop your shoulders and realize how nicely renovated this cabin is. Unwind anytime to the cozy gas fireplace or sit on the deck and feel as if you are literally on the water. (Deck is 10 feet from the lakeshore) In the summer, you will have FREE access to our three kayaks. You will have all the creature comforts of living at home, yet the beauty and vibes of vacationing in the humble Hiawatha National Forest. Our goal is simple: to create the best experience and lasting memories for our guests. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, 1.5 acre property, and public 140 acre Gooseneck lake. There is a public boat launch for any watercraft that you bring to the lake. There is a large turnaround area for trailers to park and turnaround in.
