The space Two superior bedrooms, both with a queen bed and closet for clothes. Room 2 has a fridge. On the upper floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with an electric shower with hot and cold water, a sink and a toilet. Both bedrooms have fans. On the ground floor, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, pots, supplies and basic kitchen utensils. There is a living room with 2 sofas, 2 and 3 seater, 32" Smart TV and gourmet cabinet. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet. In the outdoor area, barbecue with wood stove, hammock, beautiful garden with green grass. At the back, a small laundry room and patio with fruit trees. Guest access Access is via the Red Park Condominium, with 24-hour security, public access areas and paved roads. The condominium is used by us to facilitate access. Guests can use their public areas for leisure, such as football courts and parks. Check-in is independent, with keys in the safe. The password is sent along with the house rules. Other things to note The special thing about the house is the access trail to Praia do Moçambique, located 50m from the house. The trail lasts approx. 25 minutes with dunes and a wooded track with pine trees. Great for relaxing and taking beautiful pictures!
