Cottage beach & mountains - Secret garden now open

Renovated Grade II listed character cottage in Dolgellau, situated a 5 minute walk to town centre. Free on street parking. Well behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Small rear garden and patio, with covered storage for outdoor equipment (bikes/paddleboards). Large rear step Garden, bbq area, seating, viewing platform. Cabin (wifi enabled with desk suitable for wfh or relaxing in the garden). The space Upstairs there are 2 bed rooms (1 King Sized bed and 2 x single beds). The master has a vaulted character ceiling and large bay windows with views of the mountains. The Utility Room has a tumble dryer and space for drying wet suits or hiking clothes. The Kitchen is newly fitted (with gas cooker) and fridge and coffee machine. The Lounge has a newly fitted wood burning stove, TV, sofa and dinning table. The small rear garden has a patio with table and chairs, with covered storage for outdoor equipment (bikes/paddleboards). The is also a large secret garden, joined to small garden via a small shared access path which has a cabin with power. Wifi is long lined from the house (via Cat 5 cable) offering fast wifi connection for multiple devices, desk, monitor, monitor stands, keyboard, mouse, wrist rests all included making it a great garden office for working remotely. The cabin also has board games and lego for children. A selection of books, drinks fridge, cosy chair, good quality portable garden chairs and heating controlled via thermostat radiator make it a great garden/reading room for adults also. There is an outdoor kitchen, complete with Weber master touch charcoal bbq and the relevant equipment (including a meat thermometer) . Patio table dinning area and viewing platform both with mains connected outdoor lighting. The heating system is new with a hive thermostat and the cottage is insulated to a high standard so is extremely cosy in winter and the stone walls ensure it's also cool in the summer! Well behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Guest access Whole house, small rear garden and access to the large secret garden. Other things to note We are open to late checkouts on Sundays, as our cleaner doesn't work Sunday, so just let us know if you'd like a late Sun checkout at no extra cost. We have Sundays restricted for check-in for this reason, but if you can only check in on a Sunday feel free to enquire further, as if the previous day is likely to be empty, we can try and make it work (although please understand, while we will do our best to accommodate, we may still turn down Sunday check in enquires). We do have noise monitors in the property and large garden, these don't record anything! They will notify us and you if the noise gets above a certain DB threshold (which is set to that of a loud party). We want our guests to have fun and enjoy themselves, however the cottage and gardens are not suitable for parties, as we are based in a residential area where excessive late night noise could be damaging to our relationship with neighbours and the wider community.
