The space House for hosting in the "shared" style with the hosts and other guests. We have three rooms available for guests (offered in separate listings). The shared areas are: an "interactive family room" with TV, sound, vintage-style video (CDs and DVDs), Netflix and Youtube available on smart TV. Toys for children are available, as are games (dominoes, cards, UNO, darts), a terrace on the upper floor for barbecue or fire pit, the kitchen, the living room and the laundry area. Guest rooms feature a double bed, with an extra single mattress and private bathrooms located next to the rooms. The condominium has two swimming pools, a barbecue area and children's playground, fitness equipment, as well as a lake for fishing and swimming, which can be used by guests. Guest access Guests have access to the full kitchen, with all the features and appliances, living room with Nespresso coffee maker and small buffet stocked with coffee accompaniments, dining room, with dining table, interactive TV room, sound system, movies, toys and games, laundry area with washing machine and iron, backyard with clothesline and upper terrace with barbecue and fire pit. The house's garage is also available. The bedroom is furnished with bed linens and blankets and air-conditioning. The bathroom is private and features bath towels and utilities (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). Other things to note The house has 4 flights of stairs (short). The guest room for this listing is located on the second floor of the house (2 short flights of stairs from the living room). The TV room is located on the same floor as the bedroom. The kitchen is located one flight of stairs below the ground floor (living room). The upper terrace is 1 flight of stairs from the bedroom.
