Bavarian Lake Cottage - Kayaks/Lake access/Hot tub

Come enjoy our German inspired cottage at Lake Livingston! It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood. The space Our little cottage sits on a serene double lot with lots of privacy in a gated community. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms with a hall-accessed full bath and an open loft upstairs with its own bathroom, twin bed and sofa. Above the garage is a cute studio with a queen size bed, full bath and its own kitchenette. In the cottage, bedrooms are comfortable with a king size bed in one and queen size in the other, including smart tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked along with a well-appointed coffee and tea bar. Think cozy NYC size kitchen in the main cottage yet it has everything a cook needs to prepare meals along with a vast open backyard area with grill, picnic table, deck and covered pavilion for gathering. Our unique old world gazebo is the perfect spot to spend lazy afternoons. Gaze at the stars in the night sky while relaxing in the hot tub or enjoy a fire at either the gazebo fireplace or the central fire pit at night. There are a couple of kayaks available upon request for experienced guests with a signed liability waiver. Within a few minutes walk around the bend, you have lake access! Our place can comfortably sleep 7-8 people in beds. Keyless entry makes check in a breeze. Guest access You’ll have the entire property to yourself! Water access is just around the corner with picnic tables and a sand volleyball court. Basketball courts, marina and boat launch are available in the neighborhood as well.
