The Space: BEDROOMS - There are a total of 6 bedrooms on the premises of the property - 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - All bedrooms host a variety of amenities including a TV, Wi-Fi access, AC, extra mattress, wardrobe and attached bathrooms. - 5 bedrooms have a king-sized bed and 1 bedroom has a single bed. BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people. - It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a TV, CCTV and Wi-Fi access. - The openness of the drawing room almost eliminates the need for an AC, as you relax amidst the refreshing breeze. - There is another living room on the second floor, equipped with seating arrangements for up to 12 people. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. - The villa opens up to a snug garden, with a small waterbody alongside it. - Guests can head over to the enclosed terrace, and relish their morning cuppa. It can seat up to 9 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - For all other meals, guests can eat out or order-in from nearby restaurants such as Chicken Story, Mehrab Mandi and Malabar Restaurant. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
