There is direct access from the building to the beach. The apartment has a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Both the bedroom and living room/kitchenette have their own air conditioning. For more privacy the bedroom and living room have separate access doors to a shared bathroom - a feature which is not available in all flats. Kitchenette amenities include all the basics for a comfortable stay including a cook-top, mini-refrigerator, mini-oven, sandwich maker and a blender. The living room has a sofa bed , smart TV and a Wifi access point. The apartment building has an astonishing roof terrace with a fantastic view on Maracaipe beach. There is large swimming pool on the rooftop of the building which is to be shared between guests. The apartment building has a reception open 24/7 with controlled access to the building. The apartments on the upper floors can be accessed by an elevator or the emergency stair case. Guest access Guests have access to the reception area, their own flat, elevator, emergency stair case and roof terrace with a large shared swimming pool. Other things to note Maracaipe is a peaceful place with a beautiful beach. It is located close to Porto Galinhas (well know for its beach, natural swimming pools, its small town centre with shops, restaurants and bars ) and Pontal de Maracaipe, where you can experience one of the most beautiful sun-sets in Pernambuco. At low sea tide both Porto Galinhas and Pontal de Maracaipe can be reached by walking along the beach. Guests have to comply with the house rules of the Condominio. The use of the swimming pool(s) is at the guests' own risk! Children may use the swimming pool only when supervised by an adult. During Carnival, over Christmas and New Year the apartment can only be booked for the whole of the festive period for a price to be pre-agreed with the host.
