Centrally located in the middle of Virginia’s Historical Triangle, we are minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, National Monuments & Battlefields, Museum’s & Concert Venues, Annual Festivals of all kinds, Sightseeing Tours, Colonial Re-enactments, World Class Restaurants with delicious food, Breathtaking & Inspiring Scenic Gardens and Vineyard’s that house Virginias most storied Wineries & more. We can accommodate for up to 30 people in the main home and up to an additional 9-12 people in the separate guest home (guest home is available for rent for additional fee) Accurate guest count must be entered correctly at the time of booking. ** The price per night increases per the amount of guests so as your guest count increases, the price goes up. This allows a party of two to enjoy the place without incurring the cost of a party of 30. All overnight guests and guest visitors (longer than 10min) MUST be listed on the reservation and/or approved by host in writing & paid for prior to check-in. No exceptions. For reservations of 2 or less guests there will be a $150 hot tub fee. Hot tub use for reservations with parties of 3 or more are included at no additional charge. Our deck features a new 2026 8 seater hot tub with waterfall LED light show with built in Bluetooth speakers that overlooks the beach waterfront. Additionally, we also have a hardwired outdoor Sonos Bluetooth Speaker System mounted to the deck, adjustable citronella table torch lanterns, 4 burner stainless steel BBQ grill w/ side burner (ideal for seafood boils) Adult Patio Twister, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4 & tons of other fun children’s & adult games. The upstairs balcony view is spectacular! Watch the sunrise sipping your morning cappuccino while overlooking the various bottlenose dolphin, birds, herons, eagles, egrets, turtles, fish and other beautiful wildlife that live here. Adjacent to the Game Room, it features an outdoor bar, adjustable tiki torch lanterns, pre-lit topiary's, dining table & more. Step inside where you can play darts, foosball, shoot a game of pool, watch the game or a movie on the 5.1 surround sound system, enjoy the full size bar or head down to the beach for a more traditional beach bonfire. Layout the yoga mats, turn on the essential oil diffuser & perform yoga or meditate in the most peaceful of surroundings. Workout in the full size gym lined with wall to wall windows. Partake in the Tempo Move (smart fitness system) group classes w/ real time on screen instructors that allow you to compete with others in challenges and help you to refine your form or utilize the complete Bowflex gym workout system w/ adjustable weights, resistance bands and more. We have a large variety set of golf clubs available if you would like to use them you are welcome- advance request required and subject to availability. Several Gorgeous Natural State Parks within minutes where you can hike, bike, explore & sightsee for free. We have 4-5 children’s and 7-8 adult size life vests available along with several pairs of adults & children’s water shoes available but they are required for each guest listed on your reservation. You will receive them at check-in and return them at checkout clean and in the condition they were found please & thank you. $25 unlimited use of adult & children’s life preserving vests & water shoes. Please note: this $25 will be added to any & all water activity related rentals. **PLEASE NOTE: The main home can sleep up to 30 people. Airbnb only allows you to enter a guest count of 16 or less. We have 12 total beds that can sleep 22 people in fixed beds. In addition, we have 3 queen size air mattresses, 1 twin air mattress, 2 cots, 2 reclining sofas and loads of extra space to place additional fixed beds, air mattresses, foam beds or other fixed beds to be able to sleep more. There are two bunkbeds and the top bunk has a 250 pound weight limit . We also have camping gear for those who like to stay outdoors and/or camp on the beach. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own beds and/or camping gear as well. RV & boat parking/spaces available, Boaters can also launch from here- fees & prior approval required. Reservations with a guest count of 16 or more will incur additional fees and need approval from host in writing prior to booking. Message me for pricing & approval BEFORE booking. $250 PET FEE: we charge $250 per pet, per stay. $150 Fully Refundable Pet deposit is required for each reservation and will be refunded within 24 hours of check out permitting there are no pet related damages. ** Accurate guest count MUST be entered correctly at the time of booking.
