We are excited to share with you The Constellation Cabin. We love this place for its secluded and peaceful vibes, while being just a few minutes away from Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, Big Bear Village and everything else to do in Big Bear. Perfect for a family getaway, a winter ski trip, or just some clean fresh air! The space The main space is a nice open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, living room and reading nook all connected. The large master suite with its en suite bathroom, king size bed, hanging cocoon swing, and sliding door access to the spa area is on one side of the house. The second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds, share the hall bath on the other side of the cabin. The back deck is accessible from the living room as well. There is an empty lot next door that is great for sledding or building a snowman if you are lucky enough to get fresh snow! Occupancy: 7 People Max Parking: 3 Vehicles Max- Driveway- No Garage No Over Occupancy Or Street Parking Allowed. No Parties Or Noise Violations. 4X4/Chains REQUIRED by CAL TRANS In Winter City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy" Enforced At All Times NO PETS ALLOWED- Fines Imposed For Pets Found On The Premises Additional Fees and services: Early Check In: - Limited Availability - Please Inquire Late Check Out: - Limited Availability - Please Inquire Unauthorized Late Check Out FEE - $100 per hour and partial hour Unauthorized Pet FEE - $500 Unauthorized Smoking FEE - $300 Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and the unfinished space underneath the cabin. Other things to note The following is a notice that is required by The City of Big Bear Lake ORDINANCE NO. 2021-495 to be posted at all vacation rentals. Please familiarize yourself before booking. You will be required to sign a copy of it prior to check-in per the ordinance. To avoid any confusion understand that this notice is generic in nature and not all sections directly apply to this listing; for example pets, which are not allowed. For this property; • Maximum number of occupants: 7 • Maximum adult occupancy: 7 • Number of vehicles allowed: 3 Notice: Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
