Welcome to Uncorked cottage! This newly built cottage (built 4 years ago) is tucked away on a quiet stone drive, among birds and trees, and an easy 5 minute walk to public beach (Mckinley). Brand new build with open concept living. First floor is kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, washer and drier. Open concept with concrete floors, barn doors, and reclaimed barn wood beam. Second floor hard wood, high ceilings, 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), bunk room that sleeps 4, and full bath. The kitchen is spacious with great counter top workspace, huge granite island that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked (microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas cook top and coffeemaker w/drip or pod). Family room has 55" ROKU HDTV Large screened in porch, outdoor BBQ, firepit and outdoor shower. Linens, towels, and beach towels provided. 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and wagon provided. 2 Sonos speakers. Weekly rental (Sunday to Sunday preferred-cleaning service is great but doesn't work on Saturdays) during summer months (May 29 to September 11) No pets allowed!
