This 1950’s beach house is just 80 metres to the beautiful Dreamtime Beach and has been redesigned to evoke the fun and sunny nostalgia of summer holidays of the past. The Blue Water Beach House is your new favourite beach getaway in the laid back surf town of Kingscliff. Imagine wandering back from the beach to the alfresco barbecue and chill out space, hanging out in the relaxed living spaces after another beautiful day in this stunning part of the world. The space The Beach House is just steps to the beach and a nice walk or short bike ride down marine parade to all the local cafes, restaurants and shops of Kingslciff. The original 1950’s beach house has been thoughtfully renovated in 2022 by designer Jason Grant with a focus on locally found art and quirky collectibles. There are four comfortable bedrooms that sleep a maximum of eight people: - Master bedroom with King Bed and ensuite - Second, Third and Fourth Bedroom all have queen beds - All rooms have ceiling fans and the lounge / dining / kitchen is air conditioned The house is designed for both short and long stays. Each stay includes linen and towels included as part of the cleaning fee. (This does not include beach towels). Luxury Malin + Goetz Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are included in the bathrooms. The property has two entrances. There is space for secure parking inside the gate of the rear entrance or use the driveway at the front. Plus there is plenty of free all-day street parking. Note: Our rate includes AirB&B's guest service fee of 15%. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden. Guests can also use the Swimming Pool, Bikes, Surfboards at the Blue Water Kingscliff located next door. - Onsite bar with snacks & gifts at reception. - Onsite coffee van (Lulu's) with pastries, open daily 6am to noon. Other things to note The Blue Water Beach House has a STRICT no-party policy as this is a quiet residential neighbourhood. In accordance with state laws, no noise will be tolerated outside after 10pm. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in cancellation of your booking and immediate eviction.
