Features 24/7 self check-in and free parking. The space @Emeraldcitybnb is a newly renovated bungalow. It's super cozy and is set up to ensure you've got everything you need to have a comfortable stay while you're in town. We specialize in hosting and catering to the needs of travel nurses and other corporate travel pros. You'll share the space with the Co-Host part of the week, and you'll have the space to yourself the rest of the time. Guest room features a queen sized bed, allergen-friendly duvet and pillows, plenty of storage space, and an ergonomic work space with charging dock for your devices. Both soft and firm pillows are always on hand for you to choose from. Enjoy as much or as little natural light as you'd like with cordless blinds and blackout curtains. You can settle in for the night and watch tv in the shared living room or in the private guest room (both are 55" Smart TVs) . There's a white noise machine on the bedside table to help you get to sleep, and an oscillating tower fan/heater in the room for use if desired. You'll have shared access to the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and bathroom. We even have HEPA Air Filters, that you can run at any time (helpful during allergy season). There is a dedicated HEPA air filter on the dresser in the guest room, and there is a large space air filter for the rest of the house in the dining room. Pets almost always okay, but approved case by case. Please include details with pet requests. We have a trusted, professional dog-walker that we work with. Pricing and scheduling is available upon request. They can come to the space and pick up/drop off your dog during your shift to provide enrichment or a little extra companionship while you're at work. You'll have access to a private Peloton in the guest room, and we hope you'll take advantage of our new porch swing on quiet summer evenings. Feel free to grill out back on the propane grill. Guest access Booking includes access to shared living room with smart tv, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, bathroom and on-site laundry facilities. Kitchen includes: fridge, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee and coffee maker, pour over coffee, hot water kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. We keep spices and cooking oil on hand by the stove. There is also a brand new Instant Pot multi-cooker, and a slow cooker. If there is a small appliance that you'd really like to bring with you, such as a rice cooker, please let us know. The multi-cooker we have can do most things, but we always do our very best to accommodate requests from our guests. Dishes, pots/pans, baking trays, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Guests have access to shared fridge, freezer and pantry space for the duration of their stay. Private in-room Peloton is available for guest use. On-site laundry includes: access to the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an extra large collapsible drying rack if you prefer to air dry clothes. There are plenty of hangers in the closet available to help keep business attire wrinkle free during your stay. NEW for 2024 - Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the porch swing. We have exterior pillows and blankets indoors that you can take out to use while you enjoy it. Holds up to 500lbs. Free parking on premises, and free street parking is available. Plenty of grass in the backyard for pets to enjoy, with close proximity to several walking and hiking trails for furry friends. If you like hiking or walking trails with your dogs, let us know! We've curated a great list of safe, walkable spaces in the area that guests have loved. Backyard includes new propane grill, and BBQ utensils available for guests to use. Pets - Food & water bowls are available for guest use, and we always have dog treats on hand for canine visitors. NEW for 2024 - Luxury Turkish Cotton Towels are provided for guest use. 2 sets of Bedding & Linens are included as well. Choose from a heavier winter duvet or cooler summer quilt (or use both). Guest towels are kept in the guest room, but we always have extra on hand if you'd like more during your stay. During your stay We're fairly hands off, but you'll share this space with a professional who will be around if you have any questions. You are welcome to call or text if you need help with self check-in, or if anything else comes up during your stay. If you accidentally lock yourself out, just ring the doorbell and someone will be with you shortly (smile, you'll be on camera)! Other things to note Our automatic security locks will lock the door. To avoid being locked out, make sure you have your phone with you before you leave (even if you're just going to run out to the car)! But if something happens, we can help you get back in. Pets approved on a case by case basis (most pets approved), but please include details in booking request. No smoking or vaping inside the house, or within 10ft of entrances. Any forgotten firearms and/or ammunition after check-out will be turned in to the Sherriff's department.
