The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming! The space Perfect for couples, families or small groups of friends who are looking for active getaways or a leisurely break to explore beautiful Lincolnshire. The farm gives you direct access to the River Witham for fishing and many footpaths for walking or cycling. We also now have a new pontoon on The River behind the Barn from whihc you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming! Access to the National Cycle Trail is at the end of the property. If Golf is your sport, there are many courses nearby, Boston West is less than 10 mins and offers a 24 hour fully automated driving range to help you hone your skills. Lincolnshire is home to many of the UK’s finest beaches and nature reserves. From Frampton Marsh to Donna Nook, visitors may be treated to sights of Eagles or Gray Seals. It is also RAF country with RAF Coningsby and the home of the dam busters less than 15 minutes away. The historic towns of Lincoln, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa are all close by and the Market Town of Boston is just 5 miles from the farm and offers all manner of shops and conveniences. However, there are also a number of excellent farm shops close by that sell a variety of locally produced and grown meat, fruit and vegetables. Guest access The Barn is a self-contained unit with steps to all entrances and a spiral staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. Other things to note CLEANING After each rental, the whole Barn is cleaned with UVC which ensures all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. PLEASE NOTE if you have young children about 100m in front of The Barn is a large pond with a depth of 3m. Whilst we welcome well-behaved dogs we do ask that when not in The Barn or the enclosed rear garden they are kept on leads as there are horses, sheep & chickens on the property. Whilst there is no washer /dryer in The Barn we can offer access to a modern machine in the building adjacent to The Barn
