Bring the whole family to our country farmhouse with a lot of room for fun. Enjoy a wood burning stove in the winter, a swimming pool and hot tub in the summer, and a campfire overlooking the hills anytime. The Country Escape is close to many attractions including East Aurora, hiking at Hunters Creek Park, Six Flags Darien Lake, Letchworth Park, Kissing Bridge, Niagara Falls and wedding venues. Come and enjoy our newly remodeled family farm house with plenty of room inside and out. The space As you enter the main ground level entrance there is a bathroom conveniently located for visits during outdoor fun and swimming. The inviting living room is on the left with fireplace, TV, and games for the family to enjoy. Up the stairs to the right brings you to the huge open kitchen, sitting area with TV, dining room and loft with a queen sized bed. The enclosed seasonal porch off from the dining room is an inviting area to enjoy a cup of coffee or work out on the elliptical. The view from the covered deck overlooking a horse farm and valley is one you'll never get tired off. Upstairs you will find a huge master bedroom with pool and valley views, a king bed, a dedicated work area, and a small couch with electric fireplace and TV. There is a beautiful remodeled full bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a large third bedroom with bunk beds (full sized on the bottom, single on top) and a separate full bed. Guest access Guests will have the entire private farmhouse, side yard, pool and gazebo for enjoyment. The driveway is shared. We live in a back apartment attached to the house with separate parking and entrance. You may see us in the back taking care of our chickens or driving a tractor out to our back fields, but we fully respect the privacy of our guests and are available as much or as little as you want. The connected hot tub is available by appointment as there is maintenance required on our part to switch the valves and turn it on. We're flexible and if available will be glad to set up the hot tub for those spontaneous moments as well.
