Each bedroom is complete with bedside table, a table lamp & a wardrobe. ✶ The main bathroom has a bath-tub, over the tub shower , toilet, sink and toiletries with hairdryer. The ground floor WC room has a toilet & sink. ✶ The living area is equipped with a flat screen smart TV, a 3 Seater corner sofa & a 2 seater sofa where you can relax. ✶ The Kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare your own meals. It has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine & a separate dryer. Guest access ✶The named Guests will have access to the entire house. ✶ Guests are able to access the garden via the kitchen. ✶ Free On Street parking at the premises is available for guests. Other things to note ✶ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Property. Guests are however welcome to smoke in the garden where there is a sitting area. No Parties Or Events! Please respect our neighbours-Noise Must be kept to a minimum between 10.30PM-8:00 AM. Loss of keys will incur an additional charge of up to £150. All Guests will need to provide their valid government issued ID.
