The apartment measures about 68 square meters and has on the lower floor a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with large shower and a spacious living room. From the living room you can reach the balcony, and through the bedroom you can reach a small loggia. On the upper floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. The space The Friesenresidence is located in the Bad district directly on the spa forest. The beach and the center of Bad with the shopping mile and the generous gastronomy offer can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. Guest access Use of the separate wellness area with sauna is included. The apartment includes an underground parking space. Other things to note Bed linen/towels are included in the price. A laundry package (per person) consists of bed linens, a bath towel and two hand towels. This also includes (per apartment) a shower mat and dish towels.
