Welcome to my ground floor flat with full kitchen for non-smokers only, max 1 guest. Eschersheim is a lovely green area close to the Nidda river for jogging / walking. Sometimes you can very faintly hear the heating pump so not ideal for very light sleepers. Well-behaved dogs by request in advance. No cats. Dogs may not be left alone in the apartment. Pet fee depends on length of stay. Dog liability insurance required. The space Bedroom faces north and kitchen faces south. Cleaning is available during the stay depending on length of stay and whether you bring a pet. Other things to note For longer stays no city registration (Anmeldung) is possible. You are staying in my personal apartment. Please note the apartment runs on gas for the central heating and hot water. Gas prices have almost quadrupled in the last year and electricity has almost doubled. Please follow the instructions in the apartment for saving energy, especially the instructions for the heating and settings for the dishwasher and washing machine. I do not expect guests to freeze inside, but please also don’t be wasteful. For stays longer than 14 nights a damage and energy deposit is payable via the Airbnb platform ( amount depends on length of stay). The energy use will be monitored and if it is excessive, the guest will be charged additionally. The deposit will be refunded as soon as I have the monthly usage information.
