Once long stay booked, will install brand new furniture and amenities. The space Semifurnished space only for long stays. After deciding with potential long stay guest, will decide terms and conditions. Host will install all important amenities like AC, Fan, lighting, sofa, fridge, dining table, wardrobe, etc. No furniture or fixtures installed in the property right now... if you book this for a couple of night, there are no amenities installed in the villa. As we are only looking to rent this space for a long stay. Guest can get his furniture also. Everything to be decided at meeting
