UBI '604848199' The space The cabin, measuring 560 square feet, is a charming log cabin constructed at the turn of the century by early homesteaders or traders. In the 1960s, additional bedrooms and a bathroom were added. It's an ideal launching pad for exploring Leavenworth and all it has to offer. Inside, you'll find a cozy, combined kitchen and living room, offering a snug space for preparing small meals and unwinding with a cup of tea. The area features a comfortable couch, a smart TV with complimentary access to Disney+, and a wood-burning stove for extra warmth (limited firewood provided). There are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, which can be converted to a king size bed if requested. All rooms are equipped with adjustable heaters. The bathroom is cleverly designed for efficiency, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. Please note that the doorways are lower; individuals taller than 6'4" may need to duck when moving between rooms and entering the house. The property, predominantly occupied by a garden, boasts a front porch offering a delightful spot to sit and enjoy panoramic mountain views. The sauna is a dry or wet barrel sauna for use by guests only. There are two designated parking spaces for guests in the front, with a third space shared with the owners. Additionally, there is a treehouse on the property available for children's play, although it is not suitable for adults. Children are welcome to enjoy the treehouse under parental supervision. It's important to emphasize that we cannot guarantee the safety of children, so it remains the responsibility of the parents or guardians to supervise them during their time in the treehouse.
