Family friendly condo close to beach, wineries and ski hills. Nestled into the woods with nature trails and a short walk to private beach club on Little Traverse Bay. In between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, both are a 10 minute drive for great food, shopping and fun. Community clubhouse with indoor & outdoor pool, tennis and playground. Condo features 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and pullout couch. Fully stocked Kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and outdoor deck. Note: this property does NOT have A/C. The space Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom includes King size bed, private bathroom and fireplace. On first floor. Bedroom #2: Queen Size bed. Second floor. Bedroom # 3: One queen size bed and one bunk bed, 3 beds. Second floor. Full bathe with tub/shower combo on second floor. Half bath on first floor. Guest access We hope you enjoy your stay. There are two outdoor lockers near entrance to hold all of your beach and ski gear. We ask that you do not store anything on shared lawn. There are multiple dumpsters on property for trash. Cut wood for indoor fireplaces is stacked around the property. Help yourself. Other things to note 2 parking passes will be provided. Beach tags will also be provided for summer months to be used for beach club house. Community Center cards will also be provided for indoor & outdoor pool. Any cards or passes not left at property will be charged to guest at $25 per pass. Outdoor amenities will be open Memorial day weekend and close when weather turns cold (TBD). The hours of operation and rules for the club house and beach club are determined by the Harbor Cove Association. We ask that all guests follow all rules and regulations as they pertain to those spaces. This property does not have A/C. We do have fans in each bedroom. Overflow parking can be provided if needed.
