All fees included with this price! This charming 2 -story farmhouse cabin is centrally located. Quaint and clean it's the perfect getaway for the whole family or just the two of you. Away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy Bear Lake area on one side and Lava Hot Springs on the other. It's the perfect mountain vacation. Keycode given after booking 1st bedroom - king, 2nd bedroom - queen, 3rd bedroom - two twin beds. Optional 4th basement bedroom has two twin beds at extra cost. The space This is a "No Pets" property. For the sake of guests who come after you who have pet allergies, we ask you to please leave your pets at home. For the listed price you get: One room with a king, One room with a queen, One room with two twin beds. A "7" person group will be charged $15 a day more and the basement room will be opened and ready for you. An "8" person group will be charged $30 more a day. If you would like entrance into the home before 4:00pm, let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Depending on the cleaning schedule we might be able to accommodate you. The master bedroom has an extra large walk-in closet with a window, suitable for a baby's pack 'n play (Guest provided). We enjoy all 4 seasons in Bear Lake. Just 35 minutes to the North Shore.
