It has a wood-burning fireplace and a screen, equipped with an HDMI port. Located 15 km from the 4 lakes, the Hedgehog Falls and all the pearls of the Jura. You will be welcomed in a warm setting, in the countryside, 300 m from the Pertes de l'Ain. This pleasant gîte because of its tranquility, authenticity and charm. The space Accommodation with two bedrooms, one with a 140 double bed and another with two single beds. A mezzanine upstairs has a single sofa bed. The ground floor is not classified as PRM but has standardized access and interior doors with 80 cm of passage opening in the right direction. Easy access to toilet and bathroom. For added comfort, a second bathroom with toilet is available in the upstairs bedroom. Storage is at your disposal. Guest access Your vehicle has a special shelter and place among my collection vehicles. Other things to note For the beautiful seasons, you will have an individual petanque court, a play area for your children, and the proximity of our "companion" animals in freedom such as sheep, chickens, ducks etc. No road is present within 200 meters of the Gite. You will have a direct view of the hillside where the chamois frolic on the ruins of our castle (Château Vilain) where you will have access via small footpaths.
