Excellent chef 2 bedrooms with direct access and view to the swimming-pool: 1 twin and 1 double bedroom suites with ensuites shower rooms opened on the sky. 1 TV room (chromcast/office Seating aeras and dining aeras taking advantage on the views across the pool First floor : 1 large living-room with a bar opened on a terrasse with a bar, ideal for sun-downer and dancing.2 larges bedrooms suites with ensuite showers/bath and dressing rooms. (1 with AC) Garden : comfortable sun beds and swing-bed are placed to look over the pool. The design of the building lends a natural cooling effect. The large independent 5th bedroom, with ensuite shower, AC, is located in front of the swimming-pool. The gazebo next to the swimming-pool is ideal for meals. The garden included a petanque field. The property is fully staffed with a housekeeping lady, a chef, a gardener and a night watchman and G4S security bottoms. A general generator back-up in the event of power cut between 5:30 pm and 01:00 AM. Exclusive usage of the house and the swimming-pool reserved for the guests. No party allowed. Parking and staff quarter are located back of the main house. Guest access Entire house is at the disposition of the guest. Staff quarters non accessible.
