Delightful 3-Bedroom cottage with log burner

1 Park View is a recently renovated 19th century cottage, located in the peaceful Gloucestershire village of Tutshill. The town of Chepstow is only a 10 minute walk away crossing over the Welsh border via the old Wye Bridge (1816). It's a great location if you're looking for a break in the countryside with plenty to explore in the Forest of Dean as well as the beautiful Wye Valley (AONB) and only a 5 minute walk from the Offa's Dyke national trail. The space The cottage benefits from an enclosed private garden, with a lawned area, mature shrubs, fruit trees and patio areas. There is a summer house which can be used to store bikes. The property is entered through the kitchen area at the back of the house where you will find a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a table for 6 guests. There is a rubber mat for muddy boots and wellies and hanging space for coats. In the living room you will find a Smart TV and wood burning stove which you are welcome to use, creating a warm and cosy space. Logs will be provided for the first night. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with feather duvets and pillows creating a luxurious feel. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, dressing table and full length mirror and overlooks the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed with a small wardrobe. In the third bedroom there are 2 single bunk beds and a hanging rack and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. All bed linen and towels will be provided. 1 well behaved dog is very welcome, however, we do request that they are kept to the downstairs areas and off the furniture. There is on-street parking directly outside the property. There is a village shop and local butchers just along the road and The Rising Sun pub is only a 10-15 minute walk away where food and local ales are served.
