Latimer Farm is an 18th century listed farmhouse complex with 3 acres of immediate gardens and apple orchard, outdoor heated pool, tennis court with football goals, gym and a further 17 acres of fields. The entire complex can sleep up to 20 across four buildings and the Dutch Barn can host dining for 20. Walk 30 minutes through the fields to Daylesford and enjoy the world class farm shop, restaurants, spa and garden centre. Stow-on-Wold is a 5 minute drive, and the Fox pub a short walk. The space The Farmhouse The 19th century listed Farmhouse has four ensuite bedrooms across the first and second floors all with showers and two with added baths. There are two study areas setup for work from home or a quiet place to read. On the ground floor the sitting room and formal dining room for 8-10 people occupy the rooms south of the entrance hall, the open plan kitchen with electric Aga and Miele dishwasher opens onto the breakfast room (8 people) and TV Snug before the bootroom. There are traditional fireplaces in the sitting room and dining room and a double-sided wood-burner for the cosy breakfast room and TV Snug. The Farmhouse has its own private sunken garden with outdoor table and sofa, gas BBQ, small Kamadoe Joe smoker and firepit. The Farmhouse can be booked on its own for up to 8 guests. The Stone Barn Converted in 2023 from a farm storage outhouse, the Stone Barn is a beautifully renovated two bedroom dwelling with fantastic crittal window details throughout. The original hay rack has been retained in the kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom added on the second floor overlooking the living room. Two ensuite bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests and the guest bed can be split into two singles or kept as a super king on request. The cosy living room has a wood burner built into the Cotswolds stone, Sky Stream and Sonos soundsystem. A private patio looks out onto the apple orchard. The Stone Barn can be booked independently for up to 4 guests. The Dutch Barn Converted in 2023 from a disused outbuilding, the Dutch Barn retains the traditional corrugated metal structure and original beams and is paired with crittall windows to provide a light filled entertainment hub. Access to the Dutch Barn and its amenities is only available when booking the whole complex or Farmhouse & Stone Barn together or Farmhouse on its own. Not when booking just the Stone Barn and Cottage. On the ground floor find the entrance hall and guest WC, Cinema Room with Sky TV and Dolby Atmos surround sound, Gym with Peloton + bike, Concept 2 Row Erg, Boxings bags, dumbell set, TRX, gymnastics rings, yoga mats and more. Beyond the gym find the changing rooms with shower, WC, and steam room. On the first floor find the open living room and dining room with seating for 20 guests, lounge with fireplace, front and back staff kitchen. The terrace opens to a 16m heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with Large Big Green Egg and gas BBQ, and the apple orchard. Beyond the Dutch Barn is the Tennis court with built in football goals and multi use astro surface.
