Situated on 5 acres, the property hosts spectacular mountain, Cartecay River, and Licklog Creek views. You will, no doubt, feel immersed in nature while visiting this home as you take in the sights & sounds that make this area so special. Located in Cartecay area near local wineries, orchards, & 6 miles to downtown Ellijay! The space Outdoor Space-With a generous 5 acres to explore, our guests are free to roam the property surrounding our home. We have a playground along with basketball goal (bring your own ball) right outside the house to enjoy. There is also an outdoor firepit where you can star gaze & roast smores. The nature trail leading through the tranquil woods to the on-site creek is a favorite area where you may relax, enjoy a picnic, or go for a swim. You may even spot some local wildlife while you are here! * Please be mindful of clearly marked property lines at the creek area and remain off the neighbors property* Indoor Space-Guests have full access to the home excluding owners' & utility closets. The main level features an open concept living & dining room area with a gorgeous, stacked rock fireplace to cozy up around and french doors leading onto the back porch with peaceful, woodland views. The master bedroom also has french doors to the porch, walk in closet, and large, private bathroom with soaker tub & tiled shower. The main level also hosts a large kitchen, mudroom with washer/dryer, and half bathroom. Upstairs, we have 4 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. The lowest level of the home is an awesome space perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or team building. There is a cozy seating area with books, toys, and games as well as workout equipment. The lower-level patio door leads to grassy area and covered hot tub. *No unauthorized parties or events *Please be mindful that if we have guests leave the morning you check in, the hot tub may not be completely heated the night of your stay as it takes several hours for it to heat after being drained and refilled. *Although we are pet friendly (max 2 dogs) we do ask that there be no dogs on the furniture or bedding. If there is excessive evidence of dogs on the beds, for example, muddy paw prints lots of dog hair you may be charged an additional linen or cleaning fee. **STR License #002884 Other things to note Linens provided.
