Texas Medical center. The space Please park In our shared, circular drive. You will enter through a private gate on the left side of the main house. You will have your own yard for you and your pets to enjoy. The entrance to the apartment is down a couple stairs and through the laundry room. There is a locked door with a keypad that will let you into your private apartment. The apartment has a full kitchen stocked with cookware, Tupperware and silverware. The living room has a futon/sofa, a 40" TV, a closet and a small table to work and eat at. The bedroom has a dresser, a standing closet, a in-the-wall AC unit, and a Queen bed. The bathroom is shower only and stocked with towels, soap, and shampoo. Guest access The space is mostly private. Private entrance, private apartment, private deck. The only shared areas is the laundry room and the roof top patio. Only myself, my husband, Caleb, or my father, Nick, will use these areas. Other things to note The living room has a mini split with cooling and heat. There is Midea Flash Cool window unit in the bedroom and a space heater available.
