The Pier House Weirs Beach Lake Winnipesaukee

Enjoy a stylish experience at this Lakes Region, centrally located walk out beach house that sleeps 10 and accommodates up to two families wanting to travel together. Walk out to Weirs Beach pier, to the beach, to shops, boating, scenic train and entire beach strip. Swim at the homes' private same street dock. Great for families and couples wanting a convenient experience with the luxury of a relaxing home & all its amenities within. Great for Beach goes, skiers & snowmobilers (trail access) The space The bedrooms have Queen Beds with beautiful linen and bedding. There are also beautiful Trundle Beds in each room accommodating two additional sleepers as this represents two single sleeping twin size mattresses, one located beneath the top one with the ability to roll out from underneath. We have listed these as a single beds when in fact they sleep two additional people in each room (which is how we arrive at "Sleeps 10"). Both rooms are spacious with lots of floor space. Each room has a wardrobe closet with hangers. There is an additional full size roll out sofa in the living room. There are Internet based TV's in both bedrooms (and the living room). The upstairs full bathroom is shared, brand new with beautiful bathroom tiles and fixtures. Linens are supplied for the beds and spare linens can be found in the queen bed beneath drawers. Towels are supplied in both bathrooms including the half bath. The upstairs has a dozen large bath towels. The living room is small but accommodates 4 seated with additional seating available in the form of a card table on the opposing living room wall. There is a large TV in the living room, board games a small coffee table and wine bar. The kitchen has an eat in bar that seats three for "chatters" with the cooks. The kitchen has full size amenities and a small pantry for bought groceries. The eat in built in dining table seats up to 6 and with the opposing card table seating 4 with the eat in bench all accessing one another, sit down eating can accommodate a dozen guests. The outdoors of the home is charming and due to the proximity of the residence the balcony porch on the second floor with the chairs provides a fun "birds eye" view of the entire strip and action, great for people watching. The wrap around porch allows for additional rocking with the rocking chairs and the eat out dining areas in the back also facing the street and allowing for fun exposure to the excitement and action. The entire home has black out curtains and blinds so that when inside the guests can enjoy true privacy from the outside action. The home is both air conditioned and heated at the visitor control and both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. Guest access The home supplies all access except currently the cellar which is undergoing construction and is locked. Soon to be home to the washer and dryer, coming in the spring of 2023. Other things to note The home has a dock at the very bottom of the street. The dock allows for canoes and kayaks not motor boats and also has a sandy bottom for swimming right off the dock. Great for fishing and swimming steps away from the door.
