Luxury Cottage on Private Beach / Waterfront

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry. The space We would like to welcome you to our home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/f luxury cottage on Lake Bernard. Located just a little over 2 hours north of Toronto and right off HWY 11, it's very easy to get to. The small towns nearby provide all the necessities that one would require. The cottage is perfect for families wishing to get away and enjoy some quiet evenings overlooking the lake, taking in the sun or strolling through the shallow bay while the beach sand squishes through your toes. Lake Bernard has been speculated to have been created by a meteor and is the largest fresh water lake with no islands, at its deepest point the lake is over 150 feet deep. There is a marina in the nearby town of Sundridge which allows you to launch your boat should you want to bring one. This cottage is equipped with Smart TV's (Chromecast) in each bedroom other than the bunk bed room. As for activities You will find a golf course (The Ridge Golf Club) nearby, High Rock Park trail, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and many other outdoor activities if that’s what you like to do. Guest access You will have full access of the house and property except for the loft bedroom and maintenance room which is locked. Other things to note Please note that Crescent is comprised of two small roads that do not connect. The cottage is on the corner of crescent road and High Rock Drive. Waze takes you to the other road (wrong one) so I recommend using apple maps or other when you are close or see directions section.
