The space is conveniently located a short, 20 minute drive to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park and is a 5 minute drive to downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping options. Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. The space This property has 3 bedrooms- a king , Queen and twin beds. All bedrooms feature comfortable, brand new mattresses as well as quality linens and blankets. We have a combination of both firm and soft pillows to ensure all guests will get a great sleep! All bedrooms have their own tvs. There is a spacious living room with a roomy couch , love seat and chair. This room also has a brand new 75 inch smart tv for your streaming pleasure. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you would need to prepare a nice meal and features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. A designated workspace is available with wifi on hand. A washer and dryer is available on the property for guests use. There is a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower/bath combination. In warmer weather guests can enjoy sitting on the front patio or hanging out on the back deck. Guest access Guests will access the property from the back entrance. Host will provide a key for usage during stay. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings are allowed.
