You'll love your stay at this new home that is just minutes from all that the Salt Lake Valley has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown SLC or Big Cottonwood Canyon will situate you perfectly for the slopes during the day and the city at night. You'll be comfortable sleeping on the memory foam king beds or kicking back and watching your favorite streaming service on the 65" TV. A large couch will seat your entire group with room to spare and a well stocked kitchen will let you cook in style. The space This unit is a basement apartment with its own private entrance. There is a large, spacious living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms (with king beds) and bathroom. There is a full laundry room as well with both washer and dryer. The upstairs may be rented by another group. There is a separate entrance for each unit, so there will be no shared spaces, but you will likely hear some noise travel between the units. There is plenty of natural light from the large windows. You will have a large desk workspace if you need to jump on a Zoom call or knock off a few to-dos during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire basement of the home. Guests do not have access to the garage or main floor of the house. Other things to note The thermostat for the home is controlled by the upstairs unit. Adjustments to temperature is best done by opening and closing vents in the individual rooms.
