Ideally located 15 minutes from Bordeaux, a UNESCO world heritage site, 50 minutes from the ocean, 30 minutes from St EMILION and 5 minutes from shops. 170 m² house with 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy our 1900 m2 garden, our secure swimming pool and pool house (shower, bathroom, wc) with BBQ. For families, a games room is also available with board games, Lego, playmobil... The space House of 170 m² on a plot of 1900 m². The house comprises : 1st floor: - a semi-open kitchen with all cooking equipment, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, - a 40 m² living room, - bathroom with bathtub, - 2 children's bedrooms with double beds, - 1 master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Ground floor, - 1 double bedroom communicating with the playroom. - laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Our summer kitchen and secure swimming pool (saltwater pool, 1.50 m deep) are ideal for summer days and evenings around the barbecue - a relaxing atmosphere guaranteed! In the summer kitchen, you'll find a shower, a toilet, a microwave oven and all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay: deckchairs, garden furniture... Pool house : - shower - WC -Kitchen - BBQ FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: even if the pool is secure (submerged curtain), you must ALWAYS be with your child in the garden to avoid any accidents. In the garden, children can play in the tree house, sneaker basket... ATTENTION: this is a two-storey house, with all living areas on the first floor, so it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access The house is rented in its entirety (only a few rooms will be closed to travelers).
