The private Property and No trespassing signs only apply if you are not a guest Other things to note This property is not suitable for small children. There are historic remnants of glassware popping up as well as wild animals. Wild animals sometimes eat small children. We have lots of wildlife. Deer are in the yard multiple times a day. This is their migratory route and it is important not to feed them or harass them. It is also important to remember that they are a wild animal and you should not attempt to pet one. There are Coyote, Bear, Mountain Lion, and Bobcats. The only one I haven't seen is a Bobcat. But the neighbors have. Rules to remember: always pay attention, make sure you make noise at night. Do NOT leave any food or garbage in your car or outside; including food wrappers. So far, the bear avoids this house- he won't if he finds food. I also have a “big boned” cat that and he is fond of the deer and people. Registration Details WSTR23-0008
