Great 2 bedroom apartment on Itaparica Beach

Super close to the beach. Great for enjoying the summer/sun season. Apt fully furnished, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), kitchen equipped with plates, cutlery, appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, washer dryer, etc. Two covered parking spaces. The building has 2 elevators: service and social. Concierge monitored 24 hours. In the region, there are several restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, and large supermarkets, in addition to hortifruti. But also close to 2 universities. The space Newly renovated/fully furnished apartment (2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds; in the living room there is a sofa bed). Do you like home cooking? The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, as well as pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery. All rooms have fans. In the living room, we have a 32-inch TV and a spacious sofa (4 seats) where you can watch the local news (among other free Digital TV channels) or movies and series, connecting the SmartTV with your Netflix and/or Prime Video account. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (one in the suite), fast Wi-Fi internet (Vivo's 300mb Optical Fiber), and 2 parking spaces with sun/rain cover. We are on the 12th floor and therefore have a beautiful view of the sea/ocean, 2 blocks from the beach. Want to exercise? We have 1 exercise bike inside the apartment. But you can also take a ride on the beach, just rent a bike through BikeVV around the corner (cost per hour/not included in the lodging package). Warm bread? There's a bakery around the corner. Need to withdraw money? There are Bradesco, Santander, Itaú and Banestes on our street, but there is also a 24-hour ATM at the corner pharmacy. In fact, there are 3 pharmacies on our block: Drogasil, Preço Baixo and Pacheco. Supermarkets: Perim, Carone and Casagrande, plus a grocery store. Want fresh vegetables? Every Friday afternoon there's a fair nearby, just two blocks from the apartment. Don't want to cook? On the street, there are several restaurant options. Guest access You will have FULL AND EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the apartment and the pre-defined parking spaces. ATTENTION: The PARTY ROOM is for the exclusive use of residents of the condominium. According to the Condominium's Internal Policy, it is FORBIDDEN FOR GUESTS TO USE IT. KINDLY RESPECT!
