"Chez Antoinette" Gîte

Located in an old Alsatian house, the cottage is spacious and warm with terrace and small garden, fully equipped and comfortable with 2 double bedrooms. It has been fully renovated and retains an old touch with exposed wooden beams. It is attached to the owner's house. It is located in a village of Sundgau in the Alsatian Jura, in the three borders area, 25 km from Basel. The space The 80 m2 cottage consists of four rooms on 2 levels. On the ground floor, a living room opens onto the dining room and equipped kitchen. There is no TV to preserve the calm of the place. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 X 200 cm double bed with individual mattresses (2 x 80 cm) that can be separated, a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. In the laundry room, you will also find a dry toilet, a washing machine and cleaning supplies (except products). In the cold season, the central heating of the accommodation is set to 20°C. A wood-burning stove on the ground floor provides additional heating for the living rooms. Heating is included in the rate. A parking space is provided in front of the entrance, there is the possibility to park bicycles in the shelter. At the back, terrace and garden is reserved for you with garden furniture and BBQ. We also speak German and English. Guest access Oltingue is located at the foot of the Jura and offers you its green setting for outdoor activities (walks, hikes, bike or mountain bike rides). Location: in the south of Alsace in the Haut-Rhin near Ferrette, 25 km from Basel and 40 km from Mulhouse. Other things to note Refueling possible without problem in the village, there is a bakery and a supermarket 100 m from the cottage.
