One bedroom with a private bathroom in Nob Hill in our newly remodeled flat! We have a beautiful kitchen, strong WiFi signal, and much more to offer a visiting student or professional. The space We are a great 7 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in Nob Hill close to Polk St.! 2 of the bedrooms share 1 bathroom, and 5 bedrooms have private attached bathrooms. The property itself has been remodeled and is very clean. You would be sharing the home with 6 other rooms, most often times they are filled with visiting professionals or students, and each room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people (Sorry, this is a strict policy, no parties large that 2!) but most often times are singles. The kitchen is the only common area in the flat. All guests have full access to the kitchen. We don't offer cookwares and daily supplies, so guests should bring their own needs. We do not have a living room for lounging in but each room has a desk so you can get work done. Security is a top priority and we have installed a reinforced gate with electronic access at the building's entrance as well as secure doors to each flat. Every room has a door lock and is only accessed by the tenant. Guest access Guests have full, unrestricted access to their private room & designated bathroom, the kitchen, and laundry facilities on the property. Other things to note We don't offer cookwares and daily supplies during the stay. Please bring your own needs. Please bring the keys with you all the time, UNLOCKING Service: $80 per time at business hours, 9am to 6pm; $160 between 6pm to 10pm; No service after 10pm.
