Verity Presidential Suite, built as a 7-star luxurious property, in the heart of the White Town of Pondicherry, is a short walk to the Beach Road Promenade. With all the cafes, hotels & restaurants within walking distance (2-4min at the most). Please note that this property is near the Beach Road promenade, but DOES NOT HAVE A SEA VIEW. The property is situated next to a property currently undergoing construction, which may result in occasional noise disturbances. The space Suitable for a group of four guests, Verity Presidential Suite is designed for those who demand luxury in the heart of the White Town, a stone's throw from the Rock Beach / Promenade road. Walking distance to the sea-shore / Rock beach promenade road is One Minute away. All taps and faucets have RO water so guests do not need to buy bottled water. The property is situated next to a property currently undergoing construction, which may result in occasional noise disturbances. Guest access For specially abled / aged guests only, the Presidential Suite has a private lift access. Other things to note Verity Presidential Suite is located just a short walk from the beach. PLEASE NOTE that while our location is near the sea, Presidential Suite has a view of the neighbour's garden/courtyard AND DOES NOT HAVE A SEA VIEW FROM THE PROPERTY ITSELF. Our property is located in a construction complex where other properties are also under development. it's important to note that our property is completely isolated from the construction activities, Verity Presidential Suite has an organic bar table, fully kitted kitchenette, a sofa bed in the living room. A master bedroom to unwind, with a study area to read or work. A bath with a steam generator, and a pressure-controlled RO-treated rain shower to relax and rejuvenate. While we strive to provide our guests with exceptional hospitality, PLEASE NOTE that porter service is NOT a part of our offerings. While we are pleased to offer a fully equipped kitchenette in our facilities, we do not provide breakfast or any meals as part of our standard services. Apart from ordering conveniently with prompt delivery thru Swiggy/Zomato, we would be happy to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants or cafes where you can enjoy a meal. Visitors may conveniently park their cars or motorcycles on the nearby street, and currently, the regulations of the local government permit free parking. Parking for your four / two wheeler is on the streets nearby the property, and as of now is not chargeable by the local Government. WIFI: Due to ongoing public works by government agencies in this area, occasional disruptions to the broadband internet service may occur. While we understand this may inconvenience our guests, these interruptions are beyond the control of our property management team. Only for specially-abled guests, or guests with physical disabilities, we have a private lift which accesses the 1st floor residence. It is meant for specially-abled people only. While we strive to provide our guests with exceptional hospitality, porter service is not a part of our offerings. NOTE: After housekeeping, all windows and doors are closed. The balcony’s French windows maximize views and ventilation. During evenings (5 PM to 8 PM), please close them when moving between the balcony and living room. Neighboring gardens attract insects, and if windows are left open, they may enter. The property is sealed at check-in, so any insects inside are due to guest negligence. Complaints about insects under these circumstances are not the responsibility of the owner or manager. WIFI: Due to ongoing public works by government agencies in this area, occasional disruptions to the broadband internet service may occur. While we understand this may inconvenience our guests, these interruptions are beyond the control of our property management team. Due to the recent cyclone damage in Pondicherry, our internet service is functional but experiencing intermittent connectivity and speed fluctuations. Local ISPs have implemented temporary repairs to overhead cables. Service remains unstable as providers work on permanent solutions. Important Note for Guests: Our property is designed to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay. To ensure everything goes smoothly: Upon Check-In: Once you check in to the property, please message us through the Airbnb chat box to confirm that you have arrived and that everything is in order. If you notice anything amiss, it is crucial that you inform us immediately rather than waiting until the middle of the night, as we may not be able to assist you during late hours. Additionally: Our linens are thoughtfully designed by our team, so please avoid using iron boxes on the bed linens to preserve their quality. Our property features large windows to maximize light and views. To ensure comfort, please shut the windows during changes in wind direction to prevent any aromas or mosquitoes from entering. We have chosen not to install netlon meshes on our large windows to preserve the light and the outside views. Meshing such expansive glass windows would diminish the beauty and charm of your experience. Across India, especially between 5 PM and 7 PM, mosquitoes are common. Keeping windows closed during this time will help you avoid them. Guests are welcome to use the induction cooktop / microwave provided to cook/reheat food, along with the pots and pans available. However, please note that it may not be entirely suitable for large-scale cooking, as it does not include the large cooking vessels typically required for such purposes. The property is located in the heart of Pondicherry's iconic White French Heritage Town, just steps away from the world-famous Rock Beach promenade. During periods of high traffic, local authorities may barricade certain side roads, which can occasionally require guests to park their vehicles at a distance from the property. Despite this, our guests typically embrace the unique charm of the location and thoroughly enjoy their stay, appreciating the overall experience it offers. Please be advised that during the rainy season and monsoon period, the property is situated in high-humid Pondicherry, which may cause the floors to feel slightly sticky due to the elevated moisture levels in the atmosphere. Additionally, despite being thoroughly washed and dried, bedsheets and covers stored in the cupboard may occasionally carry a faint musty odor due to the humid conditions. These occurrences are natural and typical in environments with high humidity, particularly in coastal locations. Furthermore, during the summer months, if previous guests have checked out while leaving the air conditioning set to very low temperatures, condensation can occur on the floors. This may, at times, result in a slightly sticky feel due to elevated condensation levels.
