Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket. The space The flat is very suitable for families with children because there are a lot of toys, books and boardgames. It is full of light, the rooms are large and the kitchen fully equipped. There is a dishwashers and a washing machine. Guest access The flat is on the second floor of the building, there is a wide staircase but not an elevator. The garden with barbeque is in common use with another two flats. The balcony of the flat is private, not used by anybody else. Other things to note The seaside is from couple minutes of walking distance, supermarket ab. 400m from the house. There are many restaurants on the coastline, you don't need to take a car to go to eat. At summertime the coast is closed from the cars in the evenings, so it is very nice and safe for a walk with the children. You can use the swimmingpool of the Hotel Valis nearby if you drink and eat with minimum 12€ per person. Registration Details 1745860
