Nearby walking distance: shops, restaurants, club Med, Casino, thermal park, golf course, racecourse, swimming pool, cinema, train station, convention center, thermal baths for cures... Possibility to rent bicycles including electric bikes directly in front of the residence. Not far from the city of Contrexéville with its cures centers and beautiful lakes. About 1 hour from Nancy , 45 minutes from Épinal, 20 minutes from Mirecourt (capital of lutherie). Fully equipped accommodation, with small fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto tea and chocolate, kettle, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... washing machine/dryer room available on request. Laundry near accommodation ( about 300m). Bed linen and towels included. Ability to park bikes in the courtyard of the building, outside (provide your bike padlocks). Possibility to prepare the sofa bed for 1 or 2 additional people, on request, with an additional charge of €10 per stay. Umbrella bed, bath chair and baby high chair on request also, with a 5€ extra per stay. Price to be negotiated for a multi-week rental.
